Introduction
Sinusitis and nasal septum deviation are common diseases of the nasal cavity. This study mainly investigates the changes in nasal humidity and temperature in different sinusitis patients, and the correlation between nasal septum deviation and sinusitis. The results can help doctors to judge the possibility of nasal septum deviation causing sinusitis. The study used the MSC Cradle CFD software to simulate the nasal cavity under different flow conditions. By analyzing the data from the simulations, the researchers found the correlations and differences between the cases. After simulating a large number of cases, a database can be formed. By using this database, doctors can better diagnose the type of case and prescribe the right medicine.
